District Magistrate, Kulgam has appointed Additional District Magistrate Kulgam as Enquiry Officer to ascertain circumstances leading to the death of a teenager namely Sohail Ahmad Lone S/o Ghulam Qadir Lone R/o Vidow Mishipora at Qaimoh on July 19, 2014.
According to a notification, the general public was informed to approach his office within 10 days to adduce evidence, if any and record statement about the incident.
The Enquiry Officer said that neither anybody appeared in his office nor any response/written statement have been submitted or received from the general public till date.
Now the Enquiry Officer also said that the date for recording statement as witness/submission of written information is hereby extended till August 09, 2014.
