Rashida Simnani, 17, from Drabgam, Pulwama, has won a bronze medal in Belt-Wrestling at 62nd National-level school games competition organized by Nation School Games Federation of India.
Studying at Government Higher Secondary School, Pulwama, Rashida had participated in 55+ weight category. She was among 14 students who were representing J&K state in school games at a National level.
The competition was held at Ahmadnagar in Pune, Maharashtra from Jan 31 to Feb 1, 2017.
