As the massive clashes erupted in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal, a youth hit by shell has been declared brought dead.
According to reports, a youth identified as Umar Farooq has been declared brought dead on arrival to SKIMS, Soura. The reports suggest two youth have been injured in the clashes.

The hospital sources confirmed the death and said the youth was hit by a shell in his head.
A resident of Barsu, he initially was taken to hospital in Ganderbal from where he was referred to SKIMS.
With this death, the toll has reached to eight.
The Srinagar Parliamentary by-election witnessed massive protests and bloodshed.
