After 16-day long suspension in wake of the aftermath of popular militant commander Burhan Wani killing in Kokernag on 8th of July 2016, the internet services in Jammu region was Monday restored at around 7 PM.
The internet services along with Kashmir valley was put under suspension in Jammu Division on 9th of July.
As soon as the internet services were restored, many youths were over joyed and reacted to the occasion with hue and cry intimating their friends that internet services was restored.
“It was relay a tough time, life without internet is nothing; hopefully government will allow the service to continue,” said Kuldeep Kumar.
Many people were seen “greeting” each other and social media was abuzz with word “Mubarak” over the restoration of internet services.
