The third phase of assembly elections in Baramulla constituency witnessed clashes and heavy stone pelting at old town. The concertina wire in place to stop protesters to disrupt process of polling.
Eyewitness said that clashes between police and protesters were reported from early morning till late evening in many areas. The masked youth kept the police and paramilitary forces on toes.
There was other side of story also. People in large number came out to vote, Though apparently they tried to hide away from the glance of camera, but they had a resolve within to participate.
