LC Goyal, Union Home Secretary, called on the Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, here this afternoon.
During their meeting, the Chief Minister and Goyal deliberated upon various important issues relating to law-and-order and overall security scenario in the State.
Mufti Sayeed also discussed with the Union Home Secretary the issue of making cross-LoC trade and travel more vibrant by providing banking and telecom facilities to businessmen as well as broadening the scope of people-to-people contact beyond the divided families.
