Sumbal police Friday acting on a tip off arrested two notorious drug peddlers of Shahgund Hajin area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
Sumbal police Team led by SHO Sumbal, Mehboob Banday under the supervision of SDPO Sumbal Rasheed Akbar laid a naka near Wasikhun,Sumbal Hajin road and intercepted a ford figo car bearing registration no JKO5D 6178. During checking 5kg of charas was recovered from their possession.
The duo where identified as Rayees Ahmad Dar son of Mohammad Yousuf and Javid Ahmad Dar Son of Ghulam Mohiuddin Dar both Residents of Shahgund area of Hajin.
