One person died while three others were injured in a road accident in Poonch district of Jammu division.
A JKP cop from Jammu Police Control Room said that a passenger Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK02/9766 met with an accident at Lassana village around 1:45 AM.
“One person died on the spot while three others were injured,” the cop said.
Police identified the deceased as Mohammad Lateef (50), s/o Mohammad Shafi, r/o Lassana Poonch.
The police added that one injured person has been rushed to Poonch district hospital while two others were referred to GMC Jammu for medical treatment.
