While terming the establishment of Sainik and Pandith colonies as a well-planned “conspiracy against the Kashmiri people and the Muslim identity of the state”, the resolution reads that “India is leaving no stone unturned to project the freedom struggle of Kashmir as a communal issue but these plans will not be allowed to succeed here”. “The resolution also demanded strict and complete over the alcohol and other like products in Jammu & Kashmir.”
