Even though Prime Minister Office confirmed the Modi visit to Kishtwar more then a week ago, but state BJP management fails to comes up to the expectations of people as they fail to make the arrangements for visiting people.
According to reports as local BJP candidate from Kishtwar Sunil Sharma was busy in election campaign, the arrangements for visiting people fell flat.
Reports say that many top rank journalists who reach Kishtwar to cover PM rally fail to get hotel accommodation and food as party fails to book the hotels on time as a result of which many among them spend their nights at private persons homes who offered them shelter. What ever the arrangements were made for today’s rally was managed by Kishtwar candidate Sunil Sharma and BJP District President Muslim Morcha Syed Ahmed Shah and local party workers while majority of the BJP leaders and workers visited from outside becomes the burden on local party unit.
Many people arrived at Kishtwar from adjoining areas also complained about lack of arrangements and create uproar after Modi left the venue as no water and food was made available for them. Later the matter was addressed after intervention of senior party leaders who offered an apology to angry party workers.
