The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, will be in Srinagar on Diwali, 23rd October, and will spend the day with flood-affected people.
“Will be in Srinagar on Diwali, 23rd October and will spend the day with our sisters and brothers affected by the unfortunate floods,” the Prime Minister said on Tuesday.
It will be Modi’s second visit to the valley after devastating floods hit the state in the first week of September. He had an aerial survey of the flood hit areas of Jammu and Kashmir.
