SRINAGAR
The nerve centre of government- Civil Secretariat will start functioning from September 18 in Srinagar. According to the official spokesman this was decided in the state Cabinet, which met under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah.
While expressing sympathies with the flood hit families, the Cabinet according to the spokesman also condoled the loss of lives in the unprecedented floods.
