SRINAGAR
A Constable in J&K Police injured during a stone pelting incident succumbed to his injuries Monday after battling for life for nearly three months.
Sources said that he was injured on July 29, 2014.
Identified as Waseem Ahmad Bhat succumbed in SKIMS, Srinagar where he was undergoing treatment.
They added that Waseem had sustained serious head injury and was battling for life in the hospital for nearly three months before he died.
