In yet another round of frontier flare-up, Pakistan Rangers and Border Security Force (BSF) men exchanged gunfire early Friday in Jammu’s RS Pura sector, officials said.
A police officer accused the Rangers of “unprovoked” shelling and firing at Tube Well 5 border outpost of the BSF at 2:10 am. He said that the BSF men retaliated effectively.
The exchange of fire continued till 8am today morning.
