Top separatist leadership Monday met at Hyderpora residence of Hurriyat patriarch Syed Ali Geelani.
Sources said that JKLF chief, Muhammad Yasin Malik and Hurriyat Conference (m) chairperson, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, drove to Hyderpora and discussed several issues with Geelani.
Eariler, Malik visited the Hurriyat Conference (m) headquarters at Rajbagh Srinagar, wherein he held a brief meeting with Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and executive members Bilal Gani Lone, Prof Abdul Gani Bhat, Muhammad Musadaiq Adil, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza and advisors.
“The meeting was fruitful and deliberations were held over the unity among pro-freedom leadership, as such it was decided to visit Hurriyat Conference (g) chairperson Syed Ali Geelani at his Hyderpora residence,” sources said.
Sources said that the top leaders discussed prevailing political situation in Kashmir.
