Devastating Fire engulfed more than 20-houses in Mohla Jalal Sahib last night. Sources said two persons received injuries during rescue operation while property worth corers was reduced to ashes.
The fire has rendered 30 families homeless.
Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Peerzada Mushtaq Ahmad who visited the area on Tuesday morning interacted with civil society and fire victims. After assessing the damaged houses he assured that relief would be provided to them within two days.
“We will also take up matter of their rehabilitation with higher ups,” he said
