Jammu and Kashmir police on Friday afternoon issued a statement reading the death of a 65-year-old lady in Islamabad’s Chee Village during the intervening night of September 29 and 30.

Apropos to the news item circulated by some news agencies and newspaper portals under the heading woman suffers cardiac arrest during forces raid in Islamabad.
District police administration Islamabad has clarified that Mst Sara Begum, wife of Ghulam Hassan Teli, resident of Chee was a known heart patient and died of heart attack last night.
Some people are trying to mislead by alleging that she died because of banging of door of her house by security forces is far from the truth.
The allegation is totally baseless and is therefore rebutted.
Meanwhile, the police said that a man was injured in a road in Lalpora area of Kupwara District.
A motorcycle bearing registration number JK09/2344 hit and injured a pedestrian identified as Sajad Lateef, resident of Darpora near Darpora Lalpora Kupwara.
The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment.
