Dr Khurshid Iqbal Andrabi, Vice Chancellor, University of Kashmir called on Governor N N Vohra, Chancellor of the University, at the Raj Bhavan here on Friday.
Prof Andrabi briefed the Governor about the various important issues facing the University and how the same were being tackled, an official spokesperson said this evening.
The Governor reiterated the importance of internal discipline and students and faculty maintaining sustained focus on teaching, research and academic activities and not allowing any factor or influence to take root which thwarts the objectives of the University.
