The happenings in presser addressed by Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and J&K CM Ms Mehbooba Mufti indicate that governor rule is the way out of current Kashmir situation, said Prof Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party.
In a press issued from New Delhi, Bhim urged Pranab Mukherjee, the President of India to advice N N Vohra, the Governor of J&K to impose Governor Rule in the boiling state of J&K without any delay and dissolve the State Assembly in the interest of the people of whole of India so that the people of J&K shall also be “relieved” of their pains, sufferings and from the chaotic situation they have been caught for the past 48 days.
“The press conference addressed by Rajnath Singh along with Ms Mehbooba Mufti which was witnessed by hundreds of millions of people in the country have left no doubt that peace in J&K is possible only with the imposition of Governor Rule. The Governor Rule can be imposed by the Governor of J&K under Section 92 of J&K Constitution (Constitution of India is not applicable to the state of J&K),” he said in the statement.
Prof Bhim Singh called on the people of J&K to start talking to each other and ensured that peace and secular voice of brotherhood and unity is revoked in J&K as it existed in 1947 when Pakistan raided J&K on October 20, 1947.
