The Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Srinagar on Saturday ordered issuance of non-bailable warrant against Senior Superintendent of Police for not obeying court order in which he was directed to lodge FIR against a DSP-rank police officer for allegedly killing a youth in Srinagar.
Chief Judicial Magistrate (Srinagar), Masarat Shaheen in the order issued a non-bailable warrant against SSP Srinagar.
He directed DIG Central Kashmir to execute the order. CJM also rejected the application on behalf of SSP Srinagar seeking exemption from the personal appearance.
A youth was killed in Tengpora area in Batamaloo and his family has raised finger at the Dy SP.
