Dr Farukh Nasir Paul, Assistant Director Employment, was Thursday appointed as Under Secretary (Press & Publicity) in Chief Minister’s office, sources said.
Dr Farukh Paul, an officer from the combined services, was earlier posted as Information Officer in the Directorate of Information and was earlier this year transferred to Employment Department.
