J&K Congress on Wednesday said that Indian National Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi visited AIIMS in New Delhi today to enquire about the pellet hit injured persons being treated there.
A statement issued by Congress in Srinagar said that Rahul was accompanied by JKPCC Chief G A Mir visited injured in AIIMS (New Delhi).
“The youngsters with grievous injuries namely Insha (Sedho Shopian), Asif (Khanabal, Islamabad), Junaid (Qazigund), Firdous (Sopore) and Zahid are undergoing treatment in AIIMS,” the statement said.
“Both, Rahul Gandhi and G A Mir, enquired about their condition,” the statement said.
