Responding to the call of joint resistance leadership, people in Sopore on Tuesday afternoon opened the markets and started their businesses.
According to the protest calendar issued by Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Mohammad Yasin Malik, people were asked to resume normal life after 2 PM today.
Heavy traffic jams were witnessed at Bus Stand, Iqbal market and Shah Faesal market Sopore.
Meanwhile, small shops opened in main chowk Sopore where dozens of youths came on streets and raised slogans in favour of Pakistan and releasing of youths.
While forces pelted stones on private vehicles in which dozens of cars window panes were broken. This led to paralysis situation in Apple town, however, no one was injured when last reports came.
