India’s richest man Mukesh Ambani is more than the total wealth of Jammu and Kashmir and eleven other states, a data published in Forbes magazine has revealed.
Reports said Ambani has a fortune more than the Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) of twelve states and two union territories.
Mukesh Ambani’s worth stands at 23.1 billion US Dollar while as Jammu and Kashmir’s GSDP is 13.1 billion US Dollar as of now.
However, there are ten other states whose GDP is lesser than Jammu and Kashmir.
Apart from Ambani, there are three other individual businessmen from India which include Dilip Shanghvi, Azim Premji, Lakshmi Mittal who surpass Jammu and Kashmir in terms of wealth.
Mukesh Dhirubhai Ambani, 59, is an Indian business magnate who is the chairman, managing director and largest shareholder of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL). He was born on April 19, 1957 in Aden, Yemen.
