Congress today demanded deferment of counting in Islamabad as the EVMs were found without seal, the party spokesperson said.
The party blamed coalition govt in the state and centre for managing lead in favour of Mehbooba Mufti.
“We demand that counting must be stopped immediately and strongly urge upon the Election Commission of India to depute observers in the Counting Hall to ascertain the factual position,” the spokesperson said.
