A 4-year-old boy drowned after falling inside a deep bore well here in Lolab area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Friday.
Reports reaching here said that Mubashir Ahmad Bhat son of Abdul Rashid Bhat of Kantpora Lolab fell into a deep bore well near his house today afternoon.
After the boy fell into the well, the family of the area immediately retrieved him.
The residents tried their best to take the boy to the hospital in time. However due to non-completion of bridge in the area, it according to locals took them more than 45 minutes to reach the hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
