The students of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) who reportedly raised slogans for Kashmir freedom during an event to remember Afzal Guru have been booked for sedition, media reports said.
Earlier, the varsity had ordered a proctorial inquiry into the clashes that erupted between organisers and BJP-affiliated ABVP members on Tuesday night.
Reports said that the students have been booked for sedition.
